Troubleshoot Printer Spooler Settings

Ensure that the printer startup type is set to automatic. Then, complete the steps mentioned below to remove the issues.

  1. Open the Service app on the Windows device and locate the Printer Spooler.
  2. Right-click on it and select “Stop.” Give it a few minutes, and connect it back and select Start.
  3. After all these changes have been made, restart the printer for the changes to apply.

Check the wireless connection.

Sometimes, the printer appears to be offline because of the connection issue. There could be a wireless connection that is not active, and it doesn’t allow the printer to connect to it. There are times the connection will remain active but fail to function. The reason behind this is speed. If the printer is being connected to the wireless connection for the first time, then the wifi router should be compatible.
